What data I collect
When you register for the training, I collect the details you enter in the form: name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, company or college, role, Salesforce experience, your goals and how you heard about the training.
Why I collect it (legal basis)
- To process your registration and organise the training (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract).
- To send you a confirmation and batch updates by email and, if you opted in, by WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent).
Where it is stored
Registrations are stored in a private Google Sheet in my Google account (Google Ireland Ltd.). Confirmation emails are sent through Google. If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may log your IP address for security purposes.
How long I keep it
Your data is deleted no later than 12 months after the training batch ends, unless you ask me to keep you informed about future batches.
Your rights
You can ask me for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me or sending "STOP" on WhatsApp. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
