Your trainer

About me

I'm a Salesforce-certified Data Cloud, CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery consultant with 5+ years of experience designing BI and data architectures, SAQL data models and dashboards for sales, service and commercial teams across EMEA.

Today I'm a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Genpact. I restructure CRM Analytics architectures and contribute to a Tableau Next semantic model that unifies Salesforce, Gainsight and Databricks data. Before that I built analytics at Carl Zeiss Vision, Capgemini and TCS, including Salesforce integrations with AWS S3, GCP and SAP and dashboards used daily by 200+ people.

I also volunteer as Regional Coordinator (Munich) for Indian Students in Germany, an Embassy of India initiative, where I help organise networking and events for a community of 50,000+ students and researchers.

Do I need a paid Salesforce licence?

No. We'll use free Salesforce Developer Edition and Trailhead playground orgs, which include CRM Analytics. For Data Cloud labs, I'll show you how to get a free trial/learning org.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and shared with registered participants, and you can ask questions in the WhatsApp group.

Will this prepare me for certification?

Yes. The curriculum maps to the CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant exam and covers the core Data Cloud Consultant topics, with a dedicated prep module.

Which time zones do you support?

Sessions are scheduled to work for both Europe and India. Exact timings will be shared before the batch starts.
